Former Member of the House of Representatives of the Netherlands is bullish on memecoins Shiba Inu and Dogecoin.
The former Dutch MP Zihni Özdil, tweeted that he is bullish on Shiba Inu and Dogecoin in the short term.
According to the millionaire, both popular memecoins have formed the bull flag pattern, which usually precedes a price uptrend after a long period of consolidation. In addition, he warns people to stay away from cryptocurrency if there is no interest rate hike.
As per Özdil statement, there is not a significant distinction between Bitcoin and memecoins since their value equally depends on how much investors are willing to pay for them.
Nite that the former MP joined the House of Representatives as a member of GroenLinks, a left-wing political party, in 2017. Aside from this, he previously also helped party leader Jesse Klaver write his book.
However, based on reports, Özdil left the party and lower chamber of the Dutch parliament after a clash with Klaver over student loans.
A few months ago, in August, he also announced that he become a crypto millionaire and used the profits to buy a villa on a tropical island because of his timely bet on Dogecoin and Ether. He notes,
"I completely immersed myself in crypto and made the stupidest decision of my life. I put all that money I made with ETFs into dogecoin and ether."
