According to a tweet from BitPay, Porsche Towson, a Porsche dealer in Towson, Maryland, is now taking bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies as payment.



Payment processing providers like BitPay make it easier for people to use Bitcoin as a means of exchange by removing the technological barriers that many businesses have when it comes to accepting alternative payment methods.


Porsche Towson consumers who are accustomed to traditional finance, leasing, trade-ins, and other well-established methods of automobile acquisition can now purchase premium vehicles using bitcoin.
