Along with the rest of the cryptocurrency and stock markets, Bitcoin has risen.

Bitcoin has surpassed $40,000, a gain of about 10% on the day. Other cryptocurrencies are also performing nicely today.

Bitcoin is currently in the green

Bitcoin has risen beyond $40,000 and is still above it at the time of writing.

According to CoinMarketCap, Bitcoin is currently trading at $41,394 at press time. For the past two weeks, BTC has not reached its present levels.

Bitcoin is up over 10% today, despite being down over 42% from its all-time high of around $69,000 on November 10, last year.

Other well-known Layer 1 coins, including as Ethereum and Solana, are also trading higher today. In the last 24 hours, the overall cryptocurrency market capitalization has increased by about $100 billion.

This comes after the market had lost $1.4 trillion in value since November. Other asset classes are also performing well today.

The stock market in the United States, which has fallen with the crypto market this year, has recovered marginally today, with the technology-heavy Nasdaq up roughly 0.75%.

This is most likely due to Amazon's recent gains of over 12%. Despite this, Meta lost a record-breaking amount of market capitalization of almost $250 billion yesterday.
