Cardano (ADA) Staking Address Numbers Rises by 100,000 in Just 2 Months

Cardano (ADA) has seen the number of its addresses staking grow by over 100,000 in just two months as more investors are betting on the digital asset and its ecosystem.

According to Cardano data aggregator, Pooltool reveals that the number of wallets staking ADA coins has increased from 821,000 to 942,400 at the time of writing on September 10.

Moreover, the Cardano Community Twitter page also tweeted about the milestone.

“OVER 2 MILLION ADA WALLETS. It wasn't long ago that we were celebrating hitting our 1 million mark and now we hit a whopping 2 million #ada wallets!”

In addition, Pooltool shows there is now $54.07 billion worth of Cardano staked across 2,931 active pools. As a result, it represents more than 72% of the ADA’s supply.

For instance, Cardano’s price started surging earlier this week. Thus, the crypto surpassed Solana (SOL) to retake its position as the fourth-largest crypto in terms of market cap.
