According to the cryptocurrency exchange, Gareth Bale's non-fungible tokens (NFTs) collections come in 2 forms. The first Gareth Bale NFT collection features images of Gareth's achievements and moments during his career, with some artwork featuring his signature. The second collection is a 3D digital art of Bale’s greatest ever goal in the 2018 Champions League Final for Real Madrid against Premier League club Liverpool.

More so, Bale's vision is to give back to his fans and help emerging artists like DINES, the British digital artist behind the NFT collections. Note that DINES completed some artwork campaigns with big companies such as Nike, EA Sports, Adidas, Levis, and more.

Aside from this, Bale is very excited to drop his first NFT collection. He said,

“I'm thrilled to partner with and London-based artist Dines, to release my line of NFTs. Over the course of my career, I've had the privilege to play for incredible fanbases around Europe and the world. Now, I look forward to giving something back to my supporters in the form of digital assets that you can't find anywhere else."

In addition, he said he wants to use the blockchain and NFT to raise awareness for things that are very important to him. Adding that the part of the revenue will go to Wales-based Velindre Cancer Centre, which provides special treatment and care to cancer patients in some communities in Wales.

Expanding further, Executive Vice President and Global Head of NFT Joe Conyers III also expressed his sentiment about this partnership. Conyers IIl stated that it is a historic moment whenever they introduce a famous athlete to the NFT space, and welcome their fans into the community.
