Gucci vault, a online concept store, is constructing its virtual world using The Sandbox Game, according to The Sandbox.

People will be able to buy, own, and utilize specific Metaverse fashion products produced by Gucci designers in their own Sandbox experience.

Note that The Sandbox is a virtual metaverse where people create, control, and sell their own experiences. It is built on the Ethereum blockchain.

According to reports, Gucci has purchased an undisclosed quantity of land at The Sandbox and will collaborate with The Sandbox to create an interactive fashion experience based on Gucci Vault.

Gucci's Metaverse projects are housed in the Gucci Vault, an experimental facility developed by Alessandro Michele, the brand's creative director. The brand's NFT initiatives and Discord channel are also included in Gucci Vault.

Gucci didn't say much about the virtual world, but it did say on its Discord server that it's working on immersive experiences for The Sandbox.

In the Metaverse, the Italian high-end luxury fashion brand joins the likes of Adidas, Warner Music, and Bored Ape Yacht Club in creating a virtual environment.

In the Metaverse, Adidas Originals and Prada launched a collaboration in January, the Adidas for Prada Re-Nylon line. Gucci was the first premium brand to introduce an NFT, with a one-of-a-kind Aria film auctioned through Christie's.
