Shiba Inu becomes the second most popular crypto on Twitter in November

The "Dogecoin Killer," Shiba Inu keeping rising in popularity among the crypto Twitter community.

Although the Shiba Inu (SHIB) token is down 50% in November, the digital asset remains strong among theTwitter community.

Based on cryptocurrency analytics platform CryptoRank data, the memecoin is the second-most popular crypto on the social platform giant Twitter this November, catering a total of 4.02 million mentions.

Moreover, Bitcoin (BTC), the largest cryptocurrency in terms of market cap takes the first place with over 10 million mentions.

In addition, Ethereum (ETH), the second-largest digital asset comes third with around 2.7 million mentions.

Expanding further, PancakeSwap (CAKE) and Dogecoin (DOGE) also made it to the top 5 with 1.86 million and 1.76 million Twitter mentions, respectively.

Despite the fact that the memecoin failed to regain its bullish moment, many investors and merchants are hoping on the Shiba Inu craze. Recently, electronics retailer Newegg confirmed its plan to add Shiba Inu as a payment option.
