Every day seems to be the non-fungible (NFT) day as there are always new digital collectibles dropping from left and right. The latest one is The Ghoulies NFT, which will go live on September 15.
ANFT announced the news today. The NFT marketplace ANFT place noted that The Ghoulies started with 2 Australian artists sharing a passion for crypto. And the unwanted pandemic (COVID-19) gave them the idea to create The Ghoulies.
The creators said they got the idea just like some of us that we might become zombies and all during the lockdown. They said we got the idea from "us becoming zombies during the lockdown."
In addition, the story turns around "The Book of the Dead" being accidentally read which happens in the riot of Ghouls. But they're not here to take over, they just want to enjoy themselves and to rest in peace.
Moreover, the artists said that thanks to NFTs and the project's success, they will donate to Australian charities such as "Beyond Blue".
According to the creators, the project aims to create NFTs and also to build a fun world where people can forget about their worries. “Just the thought of us being one of the first Australian NFT Avatar Projects makes us put 130% into this project,” they added.
