The Metaverse Real Estate Office is Now Open and Selling Real Estate

Real estate is a big topic at the moment. But the metaverse is as well. They've finally collided. Two Spanish companies have joined forces in the metaverse to open a virtual real estate office. They are selling real estate, but you must view it in the metaverse.

When it comes to the crypto ecosystem, it appears like things are definitely heating up in Spain. Not only do the Spaniards have a high rate of cryptocurrency adoption, but they are also heavily invested in the metaverse.

Metrovacesa and Datacasas Proptech, two Spanish enterprises, have teamed up to produce something noteworthy. Metrovacesa is a classic real estate brokerage in Spain with a 100-year history. Datacasas Proptech is a Spanish start-up that specializes in online property sales.

A virtual real estate office will be created as a result of their combined efforts. This office will be located on a plot in Decentraland, a metaverse. In the Metaverse, they do have a real estate office.

They will be the first Spanish developers to sell real estate in this virtual space. Users can acquire digital information about homes, be assisted by a virtual salesperson, and complete the buying process remotely in this virtual real estate office.

Property in the metaverse

The metaverse is currently spreading at breakneck speed. According to Metrovaces, anyone in the metaverse can easily access their real estate agency.

The virtual real estate agency will provide prospective property purchasers with a virtual representation of the real-life structure. The virtual salesperson can take the user through the process of reserving one of the properties.
