Tiger Woods is Releasing 10,000 NFTs Via Tom Brady's NFT Platform

Tiger Woods becomes the latest celebrity to join the non-fungible tokens (NFTs) space to sell digital collectibles.


According to reports, Tiger Woods is releasing his NFT collection of 10,000 digital pieces of art to be sold through Tom Brady's NFT company called Autograph in a collaboration with Upper Deck.

Woods followed Tony Hawk, Derek Jeter, Wayne Gretzky, Simone Biles, and Naomi Osaka's footsteps by joining the NFT platform. Note that Autograph released NFTs for Brady, Gretzky, and many other athletes.


To express his excitement, Tiger Woods said,


"The intersection of sports and technology is such an interesting space to me, and I'm thrilled to partner with Autograph as they lead the charge by ushering a new era of digital collecting."

In addition, he noted that it's an honor for him to join Tom Brady's NFT platform along with many iconic athletes. To continue, he said he is looking forward to bringing fans closer to his memorable sports moments at an accessible price and to the game he respects so much.


Woods NFT collection, which Autograph calls the "premier" edition, was released on September 21 via Autograph and DraftKings marketplace. Beyond this, Woods NFT that features his digitally autographed version will drop on September 28.


More so, the first the Woods NFT collection will range in price from $12 to $100, with only 375 versions of the $100 option. Plus, reports say that there will only be 300 total NFTs available with a digital version of Woods' signature, which will range from $250 to $1,500.
